    This shoppong mall should be revive. The MBJB and the state government should do something! It is an eyesore to the locals and also to the tourist. Maybe IRDA also should do something about it. Blacklist the contractor, take a new contractor. Redesign the buiding. Make it more futuristic. Have that 21st century look. Attract foreign retailers outlets not just fashion but also food. Like Pull and Bear, Bershka, Topman/Topshop, Cotton On, Zara, Dolce and Gabanna, G2000 and much more. Food outlets like Subway, Carl's Jr, Popeyes Chicken can also be attracted. Starbucks is a must! The tall standing skyscraper can be turn into a serviced apartment or a condominium or maybe a 4 or 5 star hotel. If not it can be turn into a office. Or it can be a mix commercial building, a combination of retail shopping mall, office, and residential. The top of the building just below the helipad can be turn into a revolving restaurant because of its circular design. Hope this building can make the people of JB more liveable. Maju Johor Bahru!
