251-foot, 19-story postmodern office building completed in 1989 for the Saatchi & Saatchi advertising firm. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, Lee Harris Pomeroy Associates, and Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the design has a structural steel frame with curtain walls of precast gray spandrels and continuous ribbon windows tinted grey. There is an Emigrant Savings Bank branch on the ground level, and the lobby includes a dining facility, newsstand and travel agency. There is also a parking garage, and a rooftop running track.

Tenants include Turner Construction, Weidlinger Associates, Optimedia, and Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising which is known as the ideas company. The interior was used as a filming location for S1E1 of the NBC series "The Blacklist: Redemption".
