Jose sometime in 1959 i have saved (5) five lives consisting of Mother her sister a baby,a one year old and two years old daugther in Bonug island in Larap while fishing.My father was Capt.Emigdio V.JOse PC 123rd Co, Commanding Officer then.the saved family reported the matter to then Gov.Wenceslao Vinzon and in turn recommended me for a Boyscout medal for Heroism award sponsored by the great Order of Dagohoy.I received the award in Manila. I am 65 yrs old now and a retired PAL Pilot and I am trying to trace the names of those people and Kids that I saved.I know this is on the archives of the Provincial Capitol and wondering if your good office could help me locate the records and the kids as well.
