St. Mariam Polytechnic College was established in the year 2009 by sri, Thampy Kutty, the Founder Chairman under the aegis of Ammunikutty Educational and Charitable Trust. The Trust is established and developed with the noble aim to import Technical Education to the exploited society Children’s.
With an objective to provide quality education in Technical studies. St. Mariam Polytechnic College is affiliated to the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), TamilNadu and approved by A.I.C.T.E New Delhi. It offers Five Courses headed by Principal and synchronized by HODS’, to administer, develop and put in order the academic programmes.

The College Campus is located near the “Spa of the South” Courtallam surrounded by western Ghats in a calm and greenish environment. The Institution is located on the Tirunelveli – Courtallam Highway (NH47). St. Mariam Polytechnic College cater its students with the state of the art modern Infrastructure & Equipments as per A.I.C.T.E / D.T.E guidelines. Each and every student Progress will be intimated to parents every month. Student weakness in curriculum will be identified and rectified with the help of mentors. For every 20 Students a mentor is nominated to keep track of academic caliber since their inception in this campus.
