Imperial is a city in Imperial County, California. As of the 2000 census, the city had a population of 8,100. It is part of the 'El Centro, California Metropolitan Statistical Area'.

The history of the Imperial County Airport is not very detailed in researches, but there is
a few important pieces of historical information. For example, the Imperial County Airport as established in the late 1940s. The airport was built in the city of Imperial and it is also known as Boley Field. The first service airline in the Imperial County Airport was the Western Airlines.
Usage :
The Imperial County Airport is used in many ways. Most of the people who go are because they are going to travel to other places by airplane. Some of the helicopters are used to transport people from hospital to hospital. There are a few companies located in the airport. The transportation the airport provides is something valuable. Also, the conditions in which the airplanes are at the service the workers give is something very valuable. Something controversial would be the location of the airport, why is it in Imperial and not Brawley or El Centro. Problematic circumstances would be the time of the airplane’s arrival and departure. The airplanes are traveling at all hours and this is something many people have to adapt too.
