  They have become highly arrogant and rude. Please read my story: ----------------------------------------------------------------- We are a very old customer of Manohar Medicose and are taking medicines of around minimum Rs 3500 every month for last 7-8 years. We were happy with their customer behavior and the fact that they started giving us 10% discount on our purchases. But since last one year, I can clearly see a change in their behavior (specially the important people there). They deny giving the usual 10% discount which they used to give. When I used to request them politely, they replied rudely: "10% band kar diye hai... abhi sirf 8% hi milega....". I felt very bad. But, there were a few attendants who were still friendly and used to give us the 10% and we continued going there. But few days back, those attendants were on leave and we needed medicine urgently. And again, the same thing, they were just not ready to give 10% discount. This time I decided to talk to the owner there. But was shocked to not only denied of the discount, but when I said that outside there are people giving 12% also but I come only bcz of the relation which we used to maintain, they replied back rudely : "Bahar se aapko 25% bhi mil jaye to jake wahi se le lena" and also made fun of me in front of other customers!!! The success of the business has gone into their mind and these people have become arrogant. After this incident, I visited 2-3 medical shops nearby my house and everyone was comfortable in giving me 10% discount. Do not visit Manohar Medicals until absolutely necessary.
