Iron sailing/power vessel originally launched in 1843, following restoration in the same dry dock she was built in is now covered in a glass deck at her water level with dehumidifiers below to conserve the restoration work .
The photo posted above is a piece of history in itself, taken by pioneering photographer William Henry Fox Talbot, reputed to be the inventor of photography, it was the first photo taken of the Great Britian and probably the first photo ever of a ship.
