Completed in 1969 this 25-storey (100 m) building features a facade of aluminum and blue-grey glass. It is decorated with a few metal animal plates (crows and pigs), and has a street-level green ceramic sculpture. Among the many offices located here is the Honorary Consulate of the Dominican Republic on the third floor.
