  • This is Block 1-C-Extension in "Gulshan-e-Mehran". Abu-Zar-Ghaffari is just behind it. This part of Gulshan-e-Mehran has plots of 400, 240 and 150 square yards, few of 600 square yards as well. A Beautiful Mosque is being built there, Right next to it is Defence Phase 1 Malir. The price of plot, at the moment, is 8 lacs for 400 square yards. (24th August 2012)
  • Today's market rates: (Residential Plots): 150 Square Yards: 4 Lacs 240 Square Yards: 6 to 7 Lacs 400 Square Yards: 10 Lacs (minimum price, no plots at 10 lacs available at the moment)

Hundred of peoples have died waiting to build house on their plots they bought with their hard earned money.Judiciary seems to be help less as Cantt administration is not obeying their orders.
