  • I am also live in Saadi Town since last year,Its is a good place But one major problem is that specially in summer there is electric problem also in winter there is but we face some time.The duration of fault is 2-8 hrs or some time 12hrs.this is main problem.if this massage is read by PaKland Management i request you to please solve this Problem.In this town there is also live the old man and Women small children.I request you solve this major problem with the help of KESC management.I request to again PakLand management solve this problem very soon and take the dua.Allah is watching you every time.
  • No doubt its good place to live but following are the problems. 1- There is no proper electricity net work but kunda system. 2- NO proper security system. All day Afghan children are collecting waste material as well as chance to steal the material from under construction houses. 3-Pakland as well as contanment both charging different amount ............ God knows better for which facility from them. but there are plus points 1- No hera phari in plots files. 2- beautifull sky at night with full of stars ( thanks to KESC for load shading) 3-fresh air round the air. 4

  • Please can someone genuinely give me advise-as I'm close to purchasing a property in saadi town. house is approx 400 sq yards, constructed in 2004, 4 bdrs, 3 washrooms, kitchen all in one level.
