The Homicide Victims Memorial is the first interactive memorial in the country dedicated exclusively to homicide victims. This elegant white marble kiosk rests on the grounds of Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier, California. It houses an interactive digital theater which displays the biographies of hundreds of homicide victims with more added each month.

Made possible by a generous grant from Nick & Stacey Nicholas, the Homicide Victims Memorial is the only one of its kind in the country.

Not only does the memorial represent a milestone in the accomplishments of JHV - the annual celebration of Victims' Rights Week draws visitors from throughout the country. The ceremony includes awards for the distinguished services performed by many District Attorneys, Deputy D.A.'s, Mayors, Governors and countless Victims Rights Advocates.
