24-story modernist hotel completed in 2010. Designed by Nobutaka Ashihara Associates, it is clad in blue-green glass and metal. The 3-story base has a chamfered southwest corner, with white metal spandrels between the first two floors, and light grey-green metal spandrels framing the 3rd floor. The hotel entrance is at the east end on 48th Street, with wooden double-doors and a rough-faced grey stone wall panel to the right, wall covered by a square, black metal canopy. At the far east end is a narrow recessed area with silver metal louvers. Both the entrance canopy and the terraces created by the setbacks above the base are planted with landscaping.

Above the base, the tower is set back, with a narrower chamfered corner. The west facade on the avenue has two bays of two windows and one bay of triple-windows, and a recessed bay of three windows at the north end. The non-recessed bays end at the 21st floor, with the top floors rising up behind. The glass spandrels between the windows are darker and bluer than the glass of the windows.

The east third of the south facade is also slightly recessed, with the west section setting back above the 21st floor. The hotel has 116 guest rooms and suites.
