Office building owned and managed by the Buncher Company, which has its own head office here and leases the rest of the space to other companies. Once known as the Buyers Mart, the building was a vacant eyesore for several years prior to about 1997, when Buncher stripped it to a steel skeleton and rebuilt it into office space. The roof has a seven-layer coating to block traffic noise from I-579 which passes over the building.
