Celebration Village is the original village. It encompasses the downtown area and consists of 351 home sites. It has a “home business” district in addition to residential areas. There are many condos downtown, including the spaces above the shops, and a new condo development is under construction on former parking lots. Downtown features a large, heated neighborhood pool at Lakeside Park, which also has basketball courts and a volunteer library. Pros include close proximity to downtown, Lakeside Park, and the elementary school. Cons include downtown traffic, limited parking, and crowds.
