Built in 1920 for the Temtor Fruit & Products Company, designed by architect H.G. Clymer, this building is better remembered as the Coca-Cola Syrup Plant which began operations here in 1928. It was closed in 1988 and since only used for storage. The main C-shaped building is three stories with a full basement. The single story structure in the center of the "C" was added in 1939. The building is now a loft apartment complex with 75 units and a craft brewery, Perennial Artisan Ales.
