Civil parish on the Isle of Wight. It is located three kilometres from Niton along the south coast. The adjacent villages of Chale and Blackgang also in the parish lie at the foot of St. Catherine's Hill the highest point on the island.
Its summit is 800 metres from the coast. Blackgang Chine amusement park was Britain's first and opened in 1843. Chale Green to the north is the largest built up development.
