    penugolanu is an important village in Gampalagudem Mandal of Krishna District. It is a junction village for Madhira, Gampalagudem and Nemali. It has temples of Siva, Ranganayaka and Rama. This place is ten kilometers away to Madhia whch is a big Railway Station on Chennai-new Delhi grand trunk route. The village has two irrigation tanks besides a Nagarjuna Sagar Left canal. it has on e High School and four elementary schools of Government. there are also few private schools. The village has every facility to live. This is a peaceful village and crime rate is very very low.
