My favorite restaurant in all of Fredericksburg, is Bistro Bethem. The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is top notch, and the food is absolutely amazing. I have been to just about every restaurant in Fredericksburg, and there are many that I love, but none of them can compare to "the Bistro" as its referred to here in Fredericksburg. If you love duck, they have the absolute best roast duck breast you'll find anywhere. Check them out at: 309 William Street, price averages less than $30 per person for a full meal without drinks.
