"El Hueco" (The Pit) is the nickname for this unofficial pedestrian strip mall. The land was originally dug up to build the foundation for a big building but the project got cancelled and the pit remained, hence the name. Here you can find mostly small gifts, souvenirs, and pirated CD's and DVD's.
