  blue ridge residential - tower quality and finish looks just like another paranjape scheme. except for height, there is nothing else that makes it feel world class. Not world class even by standards of pune, keep aside international standards. flat internals specs basic even when compared to any other decent scheme. nothing provided for inside flat or below tower. and maintenance will be huge. ground level reality is completely different from glossy brochures and website views.
