    flop! 700 cancellations a few months ago. rate of 3400 per sq ft for this location is a rip-off. stay away.

    Megapolis is much much better to buy. price is right and so are amenities. loading is just 20%. loading is 35% + for Blueridge. Approach road is great for Megapolis. Their Smart Homes are indeed a smart investment.

    Beware from this scam. This township is real but all they promise and talk goody-goody is not real. They will become completely thick-skin and change their color once you sign the documents. They have specifically kept very rude, arrogant staff to ans and deal with post-signature customers whereas you will get good to royal treatment before falling into their traps. Once you are IN its very difficult to GET OUT. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING IN DEVIL'S BOOK TO MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE!!! Believe me.

    This project sucks. They have made more money by delaying the completion of project, using other peoples money for free, lying them on amenities, chaging HUGE for maintenance/school/and now they will selling grocery items and other stuff at VEY HIGH prices..you cannot escape these crooks once you are member...They OWN the place and EVERYTHING in vicinity to SO THEY DICTATE AND YOU OBEY...its like you renting hostel room in THEIR premises..

    their slim fit apts are like bogies in a train. 9 flats per floor?is this a sra scheme?kitchen is like a pantry cut in half!! approach raod is a future nightmare. avoid.avoid.

    Agree with earlier comments. Look at the actual construction and specifications v/s tall promises about world class township. Signs of gloom and doom everywhere :-( Construction quality and fittings are similar or worse than their own buildings elsewhere in Pune. Why get trapped in this very costly township if what you get is poor quality home with paltry shared common amenities in the hefty price you pay and keep paying all along. They seem to be targetting NRIs by showcasing this abroad. NRIs... don't go by presentations. Think 10 times before believing about what is finally delivered. This is the issue of someone grabbing a location close to where jobs are and then keeping customers at their mercy.

    I have different exp, i have entered in 2007 and taken exit in 2013 in almost 2.15times appreciation. no regrets on exit since i have my plan to re invest elsewhere.
