The "Big" Berlin Quarry

The largest of two quarries in Berlin Wisconsin that began to fill up with water faster than they could pump. Legend has it that there is a full sized crane sitting upright at the center. The quarry is populated by huge carp, brim and other fish that are often too worldwise to catch without some creative angling. A favorite diving, scuba and snorkling spot for many years, the quarry is now off limits to the public after many accidents there. Tresspassers beware.
