Named for Daniel B. Fayerweather, to house offices of the Department of Physics until Pupin Hall was completed in 1927. It later became the Department of Economics and the Department of History. The building is now used by GSAPP and the Department of History. Some of the first floor classrooms retain their fixed wooden seating and the hallways their Zellige floor tiles. Lighting fixtures were designed by Hecla Iron Works.

Some of the contemporary furniture was sourced from HOWE, Knoll International, and Coalesse ('Ballet Table').
