    a run down and cheapish apartment building. No office, caretakers suck.

    It's renovated in 2012 under new management. Looking good. But the caretakers (call themselves as Managers) are not good. Not helpful, do not communicate properly, act in an unfriendly manner. Avoid this place if you can.
