abandoned / shut down, lutheran church/kirk

This church was founded in the area now called Pilsen East in 1850. It had been shuttered for some years when a 1979 fire destroyed the roof, the interior and portions of the walls. That's when John Podmajersky purchased the property. The property is now called "The Sanctuary" and they have retained the original bell tower and foundations and converted them into a very private garden.
