The six building complex was originally constructed in 1925 as the the South Water Market which relocated in 2003. Between 2004 - 2007 the former market was converted into 917 condominium units.

The conversion of these buildings to condominiums was completed in 2005 (ish) and this complex has become a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood.
