The EPA East Building (1201 Constitution Ave. NW) is the old Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) Building designed by Delano & Aldrich in 1931 with a pediment by Adolph A. Weinman. The EPA occupied the space in 2000. The Ariel Rios Building (1200 Pennsylvania Ave. NW) is the former Post Office Headquarters. The EPA occupied the space in the 1990s.The EPA West Building (1301 Constitution Ave., NW) is the old Customs Building. All space is owned and managed by the General Services Administration (GSA).
