Arvidsjaur Church (Arvidsjaur)

Sweden / Vasterbotten / Skelleftee / Arvidsjaur

Beautiful wooden church from 1902. The church is the fifth in Arvidsjaur and the second in the same spot. The earlier buildings have been demolished and were also made of wood. The current church was built 1900-02 as a three nave hall of wood designed by Gustaf Hermansson in experimental new gothic style with crossways gables over the side windows and entrances.
