  To whom it may consern: My wife and I recently stayed at the Cherokee location. We have visited this Casino a lot in the past and have noticed that the food in the Diamond Lounge has gotten worse over the past year. They recently changed the buffet to a sit down ordering system. The choices available are not good and it seems that they are serving Leftovers from the main buffet. I realize that this lounge is FREE, still the quality of the food that is offered is not good. Also this morning I requested a late check out and was told that this was not possible. Considering that we were unable to sleep the previous night because of ongoing Fire Alarm Issues I did'nt think this request was unreasonable. Then when I tried to take a shower, the water was cold. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they informed me that there was nothing they could do. Overall I have been dissappointed with the direction this location is going from a customer service point of view. I have always enjoyed my visits to Harrahs, but this lack of understanding regarding guest comfort is disturbing.
