A Southwest Bangalore quartier. A rather quiet place.

The area is hilly and is marked by roads rising high and low.

A beautifull park is located in Giri Nagar The name of the park is Vivekananda Park and a statue of Vivekananda is situated in the heart of the Park.
Adjacent to the park is the Yogashri-which is a Yoga school.

A Sanskrit school Aksharam is located here near Raghavendra Mutt.

A big temple complex having the following dieties :
Sharadhamba
Ganesha
Hanumantha
Rama seeta
Venkateshwara
Raghavendra
Ganapathi Sachidananda Ashrama

And a huge play ground where hundreds of people gather every evening...
