  • hey ppl i rent a home in alder a24 with my friend,used the gym to the max even though it's lacking,have hard time playin badmiton in the open court,ambience is good here but the building sucks and it's definetly not worth for the money,feel sorry for the ppl purchased one:(

  • I had a relative here....feel bad for the people purchased flat in this apartments, dirty...poor valuable and not worthy flat.
  • It might be better for easy go out but feel out of nolambur. Buildings no longer comparable with neighboring flats, from 2007 and within short span of time it went worst and no valuable. Setback is good. people started reselling.
