Hopefully someone knows what this is. A locked, fenced in lake with a concrete path. Has a windmill on site. Surrounded by a large dirt berm blocking view from road.

  • Historic Aerials topographic map from 1971 doesn't seem to show it, and it appears on the 1981 topo map.
  • Owned by Bulk Transport, the same firm that helped poison The Pines, Indiana by dumping fly ash contaminated with arsenic. Wonder what's buried here?
