Garrison support buildings (out-parcel in northeast corner) typical of such sites appear unfinished, damaged, or abandoned. Layout compatible with HAWK-class of mobile-missile systems. The launcher ramp structures appear usable. Site might be abandoned or unfinished ---or might just be unmanned until needed. A marine base located a short drive to the east of here could provide ad hoc personnel.
