Camp Arifjan is a United States Army installation located in the State of Kuwait which accommodates elements of the US Air Force, US Navy, US Marine Corps and US Coast Guard. Military personnel from the United Kingdom, Australia, Romania and Poland are also forward deployed there. Camp Arifjan is located south of Kuwait City and Ali Al Salem Airbase, and west of the Shuaiba Port (Military Sea Port of Debarkation/Embarkation, or SPOD) and Kuwait Naval Base (KNB).

Camp Arifjan is a critical US military installation utilized as a major forward logistics base, Aviation Classification and Repair Activity Depot (Task Force AVCRAD) for the entire Southwest Asian Theater (through Patton Army Air Field), helicopter ground support base, and as a transportation motor pool for armored and unarmored vehicles. U.S. military vehicles that did not receive new additional armor plating in the United States prior to deployment to U.S. Central Command -- tens of thousands -- received their "up-armoring" at Camp Arifjan. Additionally, many thousands of soldiers pass through Camp Arifjan either on their way to Iraq or returning from Iraq.

The base has undergone many changes within the past several years, including the construction of half a dozen barracks, hundreds of "temporary" or transitional barracks, known as PCBs (Pre-Fabricated Concrete Buildings), three dining facilities, and the establishment of two base exchanges (AAFES). There are approximately 9,000 personnel stationed at Camp Arifjan.

  • Kuwaiti boy, You are mistaken when you say that Kuwait only has mosques. There are several churches, both Catholic and Protestant, located in Kuwait City and there are others spread out in other cities. Also, Masonic lodges have nothing to do with Jews or Judaism (FYI).
  • What is the problem in Freemasonry? Many prominent figures in the Kuwaiti Freemasonry degrees above .... Especially those who have billions and major companies and banks in Kuwait ... It is with huge influence in power .. I have since I joined the Masons in many ways and one of them when they were selected, who are studying in Europe and the United States because they are the sons of people of influence and power and money ... It was the ancient Kuwaitis send their children to India to study English in school during the colonial period Ritani then moved to Switzerland, Britain and the super-rich clear to them .. Kuwait is a small country but with a lot of wealthy business families, and on a global scale for a long time .. Have contributed to some Kuwaitis to provide builders a lot of voluntary associations of Freemasonry in the world .. Freemasonry has places Burgan in Kuwait and Burj Hard Rock Cafe, Camp Doha, the former now be at the base of Arifjan

  • This installation is military activity. If you are not military you have no business there, regardless of your nationality.
  • You sound like a terrorist. No one just wants to go to Kuwait to go grocery shopping.
