  • whatever - how about the origianl colonial people leave here - not the overhyped, overpriced brats.
  • Old Colonial Estates is a very nice upper middle class neighborhood with houses built in the late 1970's-the early 1990's
  • Both Colonials are occupied by mostly snobbish people like the original creator of this place name. The houses are too close together and expensive for a cheap housing market like Bartlesville, OK, but people live in them anyways because of the screwed up ConocoPhillips corporate culture. This close proximity will probably cause all of them to be destroyed in a prarie fire someday.
