This is the confluence of Big Beaver Creek or as is locally known just Beaver Creek and Little Beaver Creek. Big Beaver is on the right and runs to the Northeast and Little Beaver is to the left and runs to the North. The US Government renamed Big Beaver Otter Creek after completing Kaw Lake. Why, I don't know. Just the government throwing its weight around, I guess. This area of the lake is loaded with catfish and crappie.
