Owned and operated by First Farmers Sugar Holdings Corporation, the plant is one of the biggest producer of raw and refined sugar in the country. The main processing was constructed in 1963 from used equipments dismantled from Puerto Rico. It has undergone so many rehabilitation and equipment upgrade.
