DASUCECO is a manufacturing company producing raw and refined sugar. It is now rated at 5000 TCD and 6000 bags/day refined. Its beginning was in 1969 as an original brainwork of then Sen. Alejandro D. Almendras until 1990 when the Gotianun family (Filinvest Group) took over management. It has undergone a lot of machinery rehabilitation and upgrading over the past 20 years.
