Liberty Electric Power is a 550mw power plant with 2 GE 7FA gas turbines, 2 Aalborg HRSG,1 Toshiba steam turbine supplying power to the PJM interconnection. North American Energy Services is plant operator. Originally developed by Columbia Energy Group on the site of the old Baldwin locomotive works. Output is bid into the PJM Power Pool.
