27-acre freshwater wetlands. Contained within is a very old,partially hidden cemetery. Oldest observed headstone dates 1700. Subject to vandalism and fenced off sometime in the early 1980s.

"Subject to Vandalism" makes it sound as if its an occasional problem. In fact just about all of the headstones have been overturned and broken. On my last visit in December 2015 the only stone standing was a replacement for one of the graves. plus one or two intact stones lying face up on the ground.
