  I have been visiting my family graves at Highfield Bredbury since 1966, and the last few years I have seen the maintenance of the site go down hill and yesterday 27th May I was appalled to see several rubbish bins had been set on fire and still smoking.Until about 4 years ago the ground in front of the graves was always dry and well drained, now even if there has been no rain for a week the ground is like a swamp and I need to wear wellingtons to attend to my family graves. Could you explain to me why that after nearly 50 years the drainage as recently become so bad in the area where my family is buried.
