60-66 Perry Street

USA / New Jersey / Hoboken / Perry Street, 60-66
townhouses, movie / film / TV location

A row of four 3-story Italianate residential buildings completed together in 1866. Two of the houses were designed by Robert Mook, and two by William H. Hume. They were originally clad in brick, but were refaced in smooth stucco in the 1970s. No. 62 is painted pale blue-grey. The stoop at No. 60 has been replaced by a basement entry. High stoops and round-arched entryways remain at Nos. 62 & 64. Only No. 60 retains its cornices on the window lintels, which are segmental-arched at the parlor floor and horizontal at the upper stories.

No. 66 was the location of Carrie's brownstone in the series "Sex and the City".
