Its so hyped project and uselessly they are quoting 17 cr for smaller one and 2.7 for bigger one. I dont think its right price in this area.

Chimes is almost sold out so they might have hiked the price. You can negotiate it down much lower though. Legend comes at a premium compared to other builders.
