Housing for flag officers. These are among the few structures left over from the 1907 Jamestown Exposition. Each of the states that made up the 13 colonies built structures to celebrate their individual achievements and contributions to the nation. Pennsylvania House is the most elaborate.

In the pre-Sept. 11th Navy, Admirals Row was ironically the only part of the Norfolk Naval Base off limits for civilian photography!
