Clean public beach

Status by the season 2010 - public beach, regularly cleaned, equipped with comfortable toilets and fresh water shower. Sand beaches, peaceful and quiet place. Ideal for car travelers, staying with tents. Not really available by feet, as it's about 3km from nearest village and bus stop.
Payed - about 3$ per person for a day. Payment is really not required - you can just say that you will not use toilet and shower, however, if you're a honorable tourist - please grant them at least partial reward, as they are really keeping this place clean, and this is the main part.
