Kiliya (Ukrainian: Кілія, translit. Kiliya, Russian: Килия, translit. Kiliya, Romanian: Chilia (-Nouă), Polish: Kilia; also referred to as Kiliya or Novo Kilia/Kiliya, Turkish: Kilya) is a small city in the Odessa Oblast (province) of south-western Ukraine. It is the administrative center of the Kiliysky Raion (district), and is located in the Danube Delta, in the Bessarabian historic district of Budjak. The Chilia branch of the Danube river, which separates Ukraine from Romania, is named after Kilia.
