  I was regular customer to Bharat Mall when it comes to fb shopping or big bazar or big cinemas. Today I had very bad experience with one staff Shivkumar. I sat near the entrance and waiting for a bus. A staff came he was politely said that I am not supposed sit for long time and then I requested him in next 10 mins will make a move. Few minutes later so called Mr Shivkumar came and said me to move on a rude tone, I repeated will be not bad hear after 10 mins ! He was so rude and asked to move. Bad humanity, minimum basic person Shivkumar not fit for manager !
