Built 1916 by Pokrovskii and Nilus

The porch entry way mimics a 16th century Russian building, while the steep pitched roof and wings recall a Russian palace and the central windows recollect a Gothic building with Italian Renaissance features and some Moorish design elements. The architect Pokrovsky and the engineer B. Nelus constructed this extravagant building in 1916. Planned as a Credit Bank office in pre-1917 Revolution Russia, it functions in the same manner today.
