The University of Twente (or UT for short), is a university offering programmes in the social and behavioural sciences and in technology. It is the only real campus university in The Netherlands. On Semptember 14, 1964 the "Technische Hogeschool Twente" (as it was called at that moment) was officially opened by Queen Juliana and Prince Bernhard
