Built in the late 1990s, this 31-storey building is a luxury serviced residence in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. It has definitely the best location for a serviced residence. However, having nightclubs below one's home might be a bad idea, but for tourists, this is a boon. This is because these nightclubs go partying until the wee hours of the morning, where some might find it noisy, but tourists will find it convenient walking back to their room after a drunken night.
